South Bay of Los Angeles
 

• Although the South Bay of Los Angeles has numerous upscale real estate Manhattan Beach real estate and Palos Verdes Estates  are mainly in the forefront. The Palos Verdes Peninsula is south of the city. These beautiful hills over look the Pacific Ocean and curve around  to shadow the San Pedro Harbor. There are actually 5 communities in Palos Verde. Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling hills , Rolling Hills Estates and Palos Verdes. Manhattan beach has morphed from a lazy beach town of the 50s and 60s into a multi million dollar exclusive community.
